We had a beautiful 2-weight pendulum regulator clock in our home, and prepared it for storing according to detailed instructions on the internet that we have since lost. We have lived on a boat for the last 15 years but now are trying to re-install the clock in my daughter's home. It is gorgeous, but we can't keep the pendulum going and we can't get it to chime (it clicks if we move the hands past the hour & half-hour positions). There are 2 small black levers behind the face that switch in an up & down position, but they seem to have no effect. If anyone has advise or can even identify this clock, we might make some progress. (It says "Made in Gemany" on the face but we can find no other identification marks.)
